Reg Bailey CBE is the Chair to the Board of Trustees of the National Council of YMCAs. He is also a member of the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and a member of the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). He was the Chief Executive of Mothers’ Union from 1999 until his retirement in 2015. He led the enquiry – the Bailey Review – titled “Letting Children Be Children” which was an inquiry into “the commercialisation and sexualisation of childhood”.
